Agent Key
It is possible to use a generated Agent key for authentication instead of using our old method, a username and password in the sent XML. This means that it's no longer mandatory to use the username and password field, instead you can simply use the <szamlaagentkulcs> tag. (Self-billing and invoicing on behalf of a third party are exceptions.)
In order to generate an Agent key, the owner or administrator of the account needs to login to the Szamlazz.hu website scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard. There's a section called Számla Agent kulcsok (= Számla Agent Keys), and you can generate a key by clicking the key icon on the right side. The key is generated immediately and is ready to use. You can copy it directly by clicking the icon next to it.
You can provide the key in the <szamlaagentkulcs> tag, or you can also supply the key in the <felhasznalo> and <jelszo> tags if you are using an old webshop where you cannot use this tag (both tags should contain the same key).
The key cannot be used to login to the Számlázz.hu website, it is available for API use only. You will receive an error message if you try to login.
